you can try to double click on it to run it and you'd have to login and it will start to play. Or you can put it in your replay folder and launch it in sc2 itsself.
If you have windows Vista or Win 7, your replay folder can be found under : C:/ - Documents - Starcraft II - Accounts - (Some number as mapname, like f.e. 10110717 ) - (another number appears like 2-s2-1-599569 ) and then the folder Replays. Then there are supposed to be 2 folders, one named unsaved and one named multiplayer. you can put them in both but the best would be multiplayer.

Just launch the game click on the video camera icon and double click on your replay !

Download the replay.
Click "Browse".
Find "Documents"
Click "Starcraft II"
Click "Account"
Keep clicking to "Replays"
Click "Multiplayer"
Save.
